Our newest app is rolling out soon! HypeTrack allows team managers and coaches to turn any game, tournament, or event into a full stadium-style experience — powered entirely from your phone.
Designed for sports, teams, and schools, it combines live game-day DJ control with high-energy, pre-built player introductions. Coaches, parents, or team volunteers can easily run music, sound effects, and announcements without professional equipment or technical know-how.
With the app, you can:

The Project
Create a mobile application that enables coaches, teams, and event organizers to create professional-quality player introductions using music and announcer-style voiceovers. We wanted to make it easy to bring a “pro arena” experience to youth and amateur sports.
The Problem
Team and player introductions are a key part of the game-day experience but for most teams, they’re inconsistent, manual, or non-existent.
Common challenges included:
- No easy way to create professional-quality player intros without specialized equipment or software
- Managing music, timing, and announcements required manual coordination or multiple tools
- Youth and amateur teams lacked access to the high-energy experience seen in professional sports
- Event organizers struggled to deliver consistent, repeatable game-day experiences across teams and events

Kelowna Software designed and built HypeTrack, a mobile app that puts full control of player introductions into the hands of coaches and organizers directly from their device.
